Apply to nail lacquer and allow to dry for 5-6 minutes for a beautiful lasting shine. NO PEELING – Polymers create links that reduce peeling of lacquer from natural or artificial nail surfaces. EVEN APPLICATION – Flowing consistency applies easily. UNIVERSAL USE – Can be used on artificial or natural nails. HYPOALLERGENIC – Toluene and formaldehyde free.
