SEAPLASMA All Purpose Skin and Hair Moisturizer uses the unique properties of NA-PCA to attract airborn moisture and bind it to hair and skin preventing formation of free radicals, which cause aging, dry skin and scalp problems.

What else you need to know:

For Hair: To control fly-away hair, to remove tangles, or as a cutting lotion, spray onto hair, comb and proceed as usual.

For perming, apply before permanent wave solution, to increase perm elasticity.

For hair coloring, apply before beginning to decrease fading.
