(Refer to Professional Instructions and Note Warnings Carefully) Saturate hair with Ferm Neutralizing Solution on top and underneath of each rod. Cover hair with plastic cap for 15 minutes. Rinse each rod on top and underneath- with warm water. Remove rods and THOROUGHLY rinse again. Proceed to apply maintenance products according to instructions.
