blinc Long Lash can be used up to twice a day, in the morning or night and is applied to the base of lashes, as you would apply an eyeliner. Only a small quantity of Long Lash is needed to achieve the desired results and should be used on clean and dry skin. If applying in the morning, allow blinc Long Lash to dry completely prior to applying makeup. Unlike other lash formulas, it causes no stinging and no eye irritation. It also will not cause skin or eye discoloration.
