Shimmer Lights Permanent Cream Toner has a silky consistency for easy application. Use after pre-lightening or to refresh blonde tones to neutralize brass for even, blended results. Provides multidimensional cool blonde results with enhanced shine.

Cool Beige provides natural blonde color with a cool finish. Can also be used on gray or silver hair to gloss and tone.

How to Use:

Mix 1 part Shimmer Lights Toner to 2 parts 10vol Shimmer Lights developer or Clairol Professional creme permanente developer. Apply to towel-dried hair. Process for 15-30 minutes depending on desired tone. Do not use heat. Rinse, shampoo and condition.
