Can be applied to wet or dry hair, which also allows you to adjust the strength of hold. For lighter hold, apply to damp hair, and for a stronger hold, apply a slightly heavier amount to dry hair. Use a comb to style. To restyle, just wet hair with a few drops of water and comb through.
