Biodara Earth + Sea Detox Foot Soak contains magnesium chloride, one of the most effective forms of magnesium, MSM (organic sulfur), therapeutic bentonite clay and mineral rich sea salts which aids in cellular detoxification, tissue purification and relaxation of the feet and body.
What else you need to know:
- Tote the Detox Soak in its portable linen bag with you when you get a pedicure or reflexology. Put a couple heaping spoonfuls while you soak your feet.
- After wetting feet, massage a couple spoonfuls of the Detox Soak onto feet and toes for a quick exfoliation and relaxing reflexology. Then soak feet in the Detox Soak solution.
Place 3-4 heaping spoonfuls of Detox Soak in a bucket of warm/hot water. Soak feet for 15-20 minutes. Rinse feet with warm water. Use 1-2 oz of Detox Soak for full body bath. Drink plenty of water or warm herbal tea to help further flush toxins.
