are perfect for keeping hair in place why the style sets. They offer exceptional strength, both wet and dry, and superior stretch to ensure a secure wrap. The soft, high-stretch material is comfortable against the client’s skin. The 17 inch long strip will stretch to approximately 27 inches. Strips are 2-1/2 inches wide. Available in both Black and White colors.
