Preparation & Application

Mixing Ratio:

• Mix Blonde IQ™ 9+ Lightener with Pro-Oxide Oil Developer 20V (6%) in a non-metallic bowl.

• Ratio: 1:1 to 1:3, depending on desired consistency and application technique.

Application Tips:

• Use disposable gloves and avoid contact with scalp.

• Do not use metallic tools such as combs or clips.

• Rinse hair thoroughly after development time.

Foil Application:

• For highlights, use Aluminium foils: SOFT ALLOY 1235, 18µ, SOFT ALLOY 20µ, or SOFT ALLOY 1200, 18µ for optimal results.
